110010 WARN ZEON XD 10-S Winch 10000 lb Synthetic Rope

110010 is the WARN ZEON XD 10-S, a 4,536 kg (10,000 lb) electric recovery winch supplied with 30.5 m (100 ft) of 9.5 mm (3/8 in) Spydura synthetic rope and a large radius black forged aluminum hawse fairlead. It is the current evolution of the ZEON family, and WARN designs, engineers and assembles it in Clackamas, Oregon.

A series wound 12 volt motor drives a three stage planetary geartrain at a 141:1 ratio, which gives a no load line speed of 12.2 m/min (40 ft/min). An automatic cone brake holds the load, and both free spooling and power out are available, so you can pull rope out by hand or pay it out under power.

Sealing is the headline on the XD. Automotive grade O ring sealing earns it an IP68 water submersion rating and an IP69K high pressure spray rating. Full metal armor shields the internals from impact and trail debris, OE grade paint and fasteners resist fading and corrosion, and Albright contactor control with bus bars handles the electrical side.

Two control options come in the box. The HUB wireless receiver gives over 30 m (100 ft) of range when paired with the WARN Hub app, and a ruggedized corded remote on a 3.7 m (12 ft) lead is included alongside it. A hand saver strap is supplied. A D shackle is not.

The winch measures 607 mm (23.9 in) long, 267 mm (10.5 in) at its tallest and 180 mm (7.1 in) at its widest, and it bolts down on the industry standard four hole pattern of 254 mm by 114 mm (10 in by 4.5 in), so it will mount to a winch bumper or mounting plate built for that pattern provided the clearances above are met.

Frequently Asked Questions

What rope and fairlead come with it?

It ships with 30.5 m (100 ft) of 9.5 mm (3/8 in) Spydura synthetic rope and a large radius black forged aluminum hawse fairlead, which is the correct fairlead for synthetic rope.

How does it mount?

On the industry standard four hole pattern, 254 mm by 114 mm (10 in by 4.5 in). Allow 607 mm (23.9 in) of length, 267 mm (10.5 in) of height and 180 mm (7.1 in) of width, and confirm your bumper or mounting plate clears those figures.

What controls are included?

Both a HUB wireless receiver, good for over 30 m (100 ft) of range through the WARN Hub app, and a ruggedized corded remote on a 3.7 m (12 ft) lead.
