Shipping and Returns
All prices for parts and accessories are in U.S. dollars. All transactions must be completed in U.S. dollars.
All custom orders are final.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
All returns must be shipped by either USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. We will not accept returns from any other shipping company.
Any order cancellation of custom fabricated products after Lucky 8 Off Road LLC issues a Sales Order will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
If outside of the United States please call 716 898 8153 for availability of service to your country and to get a shipping quote.
New York State Residents: state and local sales tax will be added to your total at checkout.
We may have to contact you with questions about your order, therefore, it is very important that we have your telephone number. If we have a question, and are unable to contact you, your order may be held until you contact us.
Warranties: Most parts sold are covered under a 1-year parts warranty. This means that we will warranty the part against defects with an exact replacement but Lucky 8 is not responsible to cover any labor costs associated with parts removal or replacement unless they were installed in our facility by us. There are no refunds on warrantied parts, only replacements.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is provided by UPS, FedEx and USPS.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Before returning an item we ask that you send an email to Customer Support: CS@LK8parts.com and they will provide you with an RMA #.

- The Return Merchandise Authorization number must be written on the outside of the box.
- Anything sent back must be in their original cartons and in new-sale condition otherwise we will not be able to apply a refund.
- Your filled-out RMA form must be included in the return packaging
- Lucky 8 is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns must be pre-paid and all taxes/duties for returns from outside of the USA must be pre-paid or the package will be refused.
- Lucky 8 will provide pre-paid labels for returns of items that were sent in any error on our part.
- If it is deemed that an item is returned to us and not an error on our part then we will apply our 20 % restocking fee.
- All returns for exchange or credit must be made within 30-calendar days of receiving the item. It must be clean, in original packaging and able to be sold as new. Lucky 8 will not accept any returns past 30-days.
- If the unfortunate event of receiving a part that is defective out-of-the-box then we will gladly replace it (if available) if returned to us within 30 days. We will not be able to replace it until the defective item is sent back to us, or you can pre-pay for a replacement and will be credited back upon arrival of the original part. We are only responsible for the parts we send that are defective and are not liable for consequential damage or labor costs.
- Lucky 8 does not accept returns on special order items.
- Lucky 8 does not accept returns on books, magazines or wearables.
- Lucky 8 is not responsible for stolen packages
- If in the unfortunate event you receive a package that was damaged in transit, we will require photos of the packaging before you remove the items. This is required when filing a claim with all shippers. Without these photos, we will be unable to support a damaged item claim and cannot be held responsible once you have removed the item from the packaging. We can only accept damaged package claims no later than 7 calendar days after the tracking shows delivered, the first day being the delivery date.
- Lucky 8 does not accept returns on any electrical parts including switches, relays, gauges, GAP Diagnostic IID tools, any monitoring/scanning devices, alternators, regulators, starters, bulbs, etc.
Drop Shipped and Custom Fabricated Items
The following Vendors' products listed on our site are frequently drop-shipped direct from the vendor and often carry a longer than usual lead time due to the custom fabrication involved. Please note that drop-shipped items from the vendors listed below are not eligible for expedited shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy.

Please inquire as to a products availability and lead time before ordering as certain items such as bumpers and rock sliders can often take over a month to deliver. Thank you for your understanding.
Note: Large items shipped may be scuffed in transit
We pack the boxes beyond the UPS requirements but sometimes that is not enough for large/heavy items. Items like bumpers and rock sliders may arrive with small scratches or scuffs. If you would like to ensure this does not happen, please reach out for quotes on custom crate shipping options.Orders with Free Shipping: All orders that have Free Shipping will be sent either USPS Ground or UPS Ground. This service will be determined by the size of the part and location of the customer. If you would like any other service or a faster option, please select that at checkout and it will prompt you to pay for the difference. Free Shipping is limited to the United States and the lower 48 states. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii or and of the territories. We do ship to these locations but you will be asked to pay the difference via email after checkout.
All orders placed after 10:00AM EST will be processed on the next business day. We will do our best to ship your order out in a timely manner.
