I-95 Adventure

Get Ready to hit the road with Lucky 8 this spring as we attempt to traverse I-95 in a 1995 D1. 

I'm driving a 1995 Discovery I down the entire length of I-95 — from Houlton, Maine to Miami, Florida — March 7–11. If you’re anywhere along the route, come say hello! You're welcome to caravan for a bit or meet up for lunch or dinner.

Lunch in New Haven, CT – Modern Apizza, around 1:00 PM
Dinner in Mahwah, NJ – Mason Jar Family Restaurant, around 7:00 PM
Monday 3/9
Lunch in Bethesda, MD – Independent Coffeehouse, around 12:30 PM
Dinner in Richmond, VA – Riverside Tavern, around 7:30 PM
Tuesday 3/10
Lunch in Fayetteville, NC – Uptown’s Chicken & Waffles (or similar), around 1:00 PM
Dinner in Savannah, GA – Staying in the Historic District. Looking for a great dinner spot around 7:30 PM — send suggestions please
Wednesday 3/11
Quick stop at Buc-ee’s in Daytona Beach, FL, around 1:00 PM
