  1. Introduction Welcome to Lucky8 Off Road LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.

  3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices for parts and accessories are in U.S. dollars.
  • All transactions must be completed in U.S. dollars.
  1. Custom Orders and Special Orders
  • All custom orders are final and non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of any special ordered item (roll cages, bumpers, rock sliders, roof racks, ladders) after issuance of a sales order/invoice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
  1. Returns and Restocking
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • To initiate a return, contact us for an RMA at CS@LK8parts.com or 716-898-8153.
  • Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
  • All returns must be initiated within 30-days of receiving the item.
  1. Warranty and Liability
  • Most parts come with a 1-year parts warranty, covering defects but not labor costs unless installed by us.
  • Note: Parts are intended for off-road use and may not comply with local laws. The buyer is responsible for ensuring legal compliance.
  • Replacement, refund or warranty of any parts valued over $800 USD will not be issued until the original item has been deemed covered by the manufacturer.
  1. Fitment Responsibility
  • Land Rover parts are vehicle specific. It is your responsibility to verify fitment for your exact vehicle, including VIN, year, model, and specification, before ordering.
  • Ordering a part that does not fit your vehicle is a fitment error by the buyer and is not grounds for a not-as-described or product-unacceptable claim.
  • Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure of fitment.
  1. Shipping
  • Shipping is provided by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
  • By completing checkout, you agree that delivery confirmation from the carrier, including the carrier's tracking status, delivery scan, geolocation, and any delivery photograph, is conclusive proof of delivery. When the carrier records your shipment as delivered to the address you provided at checkout, that confirmation is accepted as proof that you received your order.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier records your shipment as delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, secure, and accessible delivery address, including any apartment or unit number. Orders ship to the address you provide at checkout. Lucky8 Off Road LLC is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, a locked or access-restricted building, or the absence of a safe place to leave a package. If the carrier cannot access your delivery location, you may need to arrange pickup or redelivery directly with the carrier.
  • Signature confirmation is not required by default. It is available on request, at your cost, if requested before your order ships. Without a signature request, carrier delivery confirmation to the address on file serves as proof of delivery.
  • Expedited shipping pays for the carrier's transit speed once your order leaves our facility. It does not shorten order processing time or backorder lead time. When an order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship the in-stock items separately or hold the order to ship together, and we will notify you.
  • Free Shipping is limited to the contiguous U.S.; additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and territories.
  • For large, oversize items, if it is noted in the ad that an additional shipping charge may apply, please note that during checkout it will state free shipping. We will contact you after the order is placed to collect the cost of shipping, as LTL freight costs fluctuate hourly and our website cannot calculate them at the time of order. Thank you for your understanding.
  1. International Orders
  • For service availability and shipping quotes outside the U.S., call 716-898-8153.
  • Customs processing time is outside our control, and a customs delay is not a failure of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees.
  1. New York State Sales Tax
  • Applicable state and local sales tax will be added at checkout for New York residents.
  1. Contact Information
  • Provide a valid telephone number for order queries; failure to respond may delay your order.
  1. Special Conditions
  • No returns or cancellations on special orders, books, magazines, wearables, hood blackouts or electrical parts. This includes GAP IID Tools, Bumpers, Rock Sliders, etc.
  • Refunds and returns are not accepted on adhesive items such as stickers, hood blackouts, decals, and accessories that use 3M or similar adhesive for installation.
  • Claims for transit-damaged items require photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
  1. Drop-Shipped and Custom Fabricated Items
  • Items from certain vendors may have extended lead times and are ineligible for expedited shipping.
  1. Inventory and Shipping Timelines
  • The website inventory may not reflect actual stock levels.
  • Orders placed after 10:00AM EST will be processed the next business day; contact us for same-day shipping needs.
  • We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays). Orders are shipped and delivered on standard business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days and do not reflect delivery dates. An order placed to ship on Friday with Next Day Air would be delivered the following Monday.
  1. Legal Compliance
  • Our products are primarily designed for off-road use. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Lucky8 Off Road LLC is not liable for any legal issues arising from the use of our products.
  1. Liability Limitation
  • Lucky8 Off Road LLC is not responsible for consequential damages or labor costs; for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery; or for parts damaged during shipping once removed from packaging.
  1. Arbitration
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
  1. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
  • Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us first at CS@LK8parts.com or 716-898-8153 so we can resolve the issue directly.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery as described in Section 8, and that delivery to the address you provided at checkout satisfies your order.
  1. Release of Liability
  • By using our services, you release Lucky8 Off Road LLC from any liability for damages resulting from user-generated content or from the use of our products in any manner.
  1. No Refunds on Custom Made, Special Order or Drop-shipped Items
  • All sales are final on those items. No refunds will be issued.
  1. Payments
  • Payments must be made at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
  1. Analytics
  • We use analytics tools to monitor and analyze the use of our services. This helps us improve our offerings and user experience.
  1. Third-Party Data Processors
  • We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, perform service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our service is used.
